Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of apps developed by Inserts (“we,” “us,” “our”), including Bundler, offered to BigCommerce merchants. By installing or using any Inserts app, you agree to these Terms.

The App

Inserts apps are provided on an “as-is” basis without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We aim for high reliability but do not guarantee any specific uptime.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• The accuracy of configuration/settings you create within the app
• Compliance with BigCommerce’s own terms and applicable laws in your store’s operation
• Maintaining the security of your BigCommerce account and access credentials

Pricing & Billing

Current pricing for each app is listed on its BigCommerce Marketplace listing page. Charges are billed through BigCommerce’s standard billing system. Uninstalling the app stops future charges; no partial refunds are provided for the current billing period unless required by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inserts is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our apps, including lost sales, lost data, or store downtime.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to an app for any account found to be abusing the service, violating these Terms, or engaging in unlawful activity. You may uninstall any app at any time.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of an app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Inserts operates, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection law.
